Apartment Review for Westmeadow Peaks - Colorado Springs, CO

Me and my husband picked out this place because it was close to the base and seemed decent. But they keep on losing the checks we give them for the rent payment and they can't say they didn't cash it because we checked with our bank each time this has happened. We are moving out soon because we just can't take it and losing that money isn't going to help us sense we just found out I am pregnant. I used the garbage disposal and started to my feet getting wet. So I looked under the sink and found the pipe connecting the garbage disposal to the main drain disconnected. I turned it and the water off to get a good looked at it. There was no seal on the pipe at all and I also found a shoelace holding one of the other pipes in place. I talked to them and they said I need to pay for it. Heck no I can fix it myself. So I did. Here is something that is a bit odd... I can use a garbage disposal, but I can't put toilet paper in the toilet. Oh and warning the air conditioning does not work.
