Apartment Review for Village At West Meadow - Colorado Springs, CO

Its kinda pricey and no worth it considering some apartments not more than a block away charge considerably less for more space.

The apartment itself is ok and I really didnt have any maintenance issues but as far as noise is concerned, yes, there is alot of it. I hope you love your hip hop or rap because the neighbors do and you will hear it...through the walls, from the parking lot and just from every general direction. ( not just hip hop but music in general )

Parking...the parking here is very tight. I have seen people who own full size pickups have to literally back into a spot because there is not enough room to maneuver in thier parking lots, also, they have put in shelters for vehicles which you must pay for to use. If you do use it because you know for a fact that no one is paying for it you will get ticketed.

The people that live thier generally keep to themselves however when they walk their dogs they do not pick up after them and it smells very very bad in the heat and if you park your vehicle in certain places be very carefull how you exit the vehicle or else your stepping in it. Be carefull however the ownership will not take you by any of the areas I have spoken of here. You must look for yourself. Go in the summer, if you can, and get a whif of it yourself
