Apartment Review for Village At West Meadow - Colorado Springs, CO

I hate this place, thats really all there is to it, My husband and I chose this place because it looks very nice and they do have nice units. But beware it is NOT WORTH it. I cannot even begin to describe the amount of problems we have had. It was taken over by different management and since then has gone to hell.

Both of our neighbors have dogs, even though we don't live in the designated "pet" apartments. (Apparently the new management did not know about it)

Noisiest place I HAVE ever been! I hear our neighbors talking, I hear them come home, I hear them go up the stairs, I hear their tv , I hear them having sex, Plus maintence is always bangin or "repairing" on our roof!!! Its AWFUL. I am a full time student and I have to leave my apartment to study!!!

The staff here are extremely rude, I have no Idea what crawled up their buts and died. The workout center is shredded lowlifes go in there to watch cable and throw trash everywhere, the pool is trashy and unclean.

Maintence never comes when they say they will to fix a problem. And if you tell them they are not allowed to come in unless you answer because you sleep during the day and work at night THEY STILL COME IN. They came into our apartment while my husband and I were sleeping in our bedroom and sprayed for spiders after I had made a huge deal that we work at night and sleep during the day. And it has happened more than once!!!

Atleast once an hour some asshole drive in the complex with their bass BLASTING and you WILL hear it!

I hate this place, yes it is cheap but you get what you pay for!! Even though these apartment units look nice they are built like crap!
