This is a fairly new complex but has very high turnover with Fort Carson. The managers don't always keep up with the tenants and loyalty to long termers seems to slack quite a bit. If you plan on staying more than a year and a half, look for a different place to save on rent savings loyalties...  Need to rent an apartment?
