Apartment Review for The Falls - Colorado Springs, CO

I am currently living in the falls apt. when signing my contract the manager BOB asked me and my fiance what day would be convenient for us to pay rent our choices were 1st the 8th or the 15th. In which we chose the 15th.Our contract was then complete. three months later I called BOB and let him know I would be three days late on my rent. witch the contract said if your late we would have to pay 100.00 FEE and $10 dollors A day.I paid on the 18th so I would owe the falls 130.00.when we went in to pay BOB.He said I owed 250.0 In whitch the 15th is my due date sooo I should'nt.even have A late fee... I feel this man is a scam artist.
