Apartment Review for The Conifers - Colorado Springs, CO

I came from a much better area, and had to move for lower rent after my divorce. I think the landlord is afraid of the tenants or is friends with a lot of them, or only concerned about the money. A lot of these people are nothing but convicts and drug addicts! My friends dont like to come and see me because I live here. If you have a problem with a tenant, they do nothing! I have been complaining about a bad neihbor and the noise for months. The air conditioner doesnt work, the stove is messed up and the bottom of the toilet looks horrible! The carpet was dirty among other things. I am also going to contact fort carson and tell them not to send anyone here. I dont care how little a solider makes, they deserve to live better than this! I am only here because I had no choice, and I was new to colorado and did not know what parts of colorado springs was good or bad. But I know a lot better now, and as soon as my lease is up, and thats very soon, Im out of here! There is nothing that they could offer me to make me stay, not even free rent for six months. Please dont come here, you wont get any service, you wont get any sleep, or have any privacy.And dont listen to the hype about it being under new mgt. and that things are going to change, because THEY ARE NOT! What ever you do, dont move here, please, dont move here!!!!!!!!!!
