Apartment Review for Templeton Ridge - Colorado Springs, CO

This place is so nasty. There is mold inside their apartments. Their stove is from 1920's, so it doesnt work properly. The doors look like someone beat the crap out of them. They have kids running around all over the street , so there is also noise. People that live here dont care about how the place looks or how it smells. People walk their dogs and not pick up their shits. And when it comes to the garbage forget it. They dont even bother to put their trash inside the containers. The staff are nice but useless. Their handyman cant fix shit. I mean dont ask him to fix anything because he wont fix it right at all. Overall dont move here is just nasty, loud and not worth the money. SO GLAD TO MOVING IN A MONTH.
