Apartment Review for Summit Appartments - Colorado Springs, CO

If you are considering living here, please rethink that. The management here is horrible and since it is funded for low income, they somehow believe they are doing you a favor. There was a shooting here just this week. Here is what the police said:

"On 09/24/06 at 02:52hrs, Officers responded to a shooting at 2685 Reeve Cr #1214. Upon arrival Officers located the suspect Daniel Odling DOB 12/14/84. It was later determined that Mr. Odling was intoxicated and had been involved in a verbal/physical altercation with his pregnant girlfriend Leticia Castinero at which time he produced a .22 caliber pistol and shot her in the upper thigh."

Its not worth your life to live here.
