Apartment Review for Ridgepointe Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

I was a clean, quiet, renter who paid on time or early every month. Regardless, very negative office Manager. Nice and kind to get you in, then they could care less. Lots of young partiers in the apartments. Party trash everywhere on Sat and Sun mornings. Garbage on doorsteps each evening. Your visitors have to wade through trash bags, pizza boxes, ets. Vomit on sidewalks and stairs after some parties. Hallway of third floor building 5 not swept once between Dec 2008 and Jun 2010, even though I asked monthly. Bird crap, cobwebs, stains from runny garbage. If you read the reviews this has been going on for a long time and Simpson Property Group could care less. Disregard the “Award Winning Property” sign at the entrance. It’s an award they give themselves. Your rent will be raised when the lease expires. They care nothing for the people who are already in. They’ll rent your place cheaper to a new renter rather than let you stay for the same rent. Office manager verbally abusive. Note that this site shows a 50% rating. You have a 1 in 2 chance of being unhappy here. Rent here at your peril…… Abandon all hope, ye who lease here…..
