Apartment Review for Retreat At Chey Mtn - Colorado Springs, CO

Love the apartment but when it comes to the management I have never met an apartment manager less professional or an office staff with less customer service skills. It takes a minimum of three requests to get anything fixed even if it's your ceiling that's falling in. There are never any calls to let you know why a repair is taking so long and when you ask why no one communicates this to you they tell you that you're being aggressive and ask you to leave. The secuirty gates hardly ever work and if they do only for a week or so. During the winter the parking lots are always icy and never salted. I miss the old management, can't wait until we move and don't have to live here anymore.
