Apartment Review for Pine Bluffs - Colorado Springs, CO

This apartment community is absolutely horrible! First off, the leasing agent that gave us the initial tour lied to us numerous times! The apartment we were looking at had 2 big bleach stains on the carpet and we were told that if we moved in then they would replace the carpet...that did not happen! They wanted to charge us to get new carpet! Also, we were told we get 2 parking spaces..turns out you only get 1 and there is absolutely no parking! I have to park my $30,000 truck down the street and out of my sight..Every night I worry about somebody messing with it. Our screen door is installed upside down, our fans in the bathroom had a inch of dust on them, we found piles of dog food under our stove, the power goes out in the bathroom almost every other day, the walls are cracked, blinds randomly fall and break without being touched, one of the sinks sprays water all over the counter because it is broken, bathtub does not drain water properly....have to use Drano once a week, and we are missing some floor panels. All of these issues are documented by the maintenance person..he signed a work order to fix all of these issues and it has been 2 months and we have not seen him! That may be because they only have 1 maintenance person for the entire community and he also works for another apartment complex so they are not staffed properly. The hallway outside of our apartment has trash, cigarette butts and gum all over it and has not been cleaned once! The hot tub is green and full of mildew! The worst part of this community is the office staff! They are totally lost! When we took our initial tour, the leasing agent brought us into an apartment that somebody was living in! The people at the apartment were pissed! The property manager is the rudest person I have ever met and if you don't believe me go see for yourself i guarantee she will ignore you and be rude. She put a speeding violation on my Fiancés car stating that she was speeding through the community....this is not possible because my fiancé was sick at home for an entire week and did not move her car! I went to the office and asked about the ticket and the property manager said that somebody reported a red car speeding so she decided to put it on my fiancés car even though there are about 14 other red cars in the community! She said the person did not state what time this happened, what model car it was or even if it was old or new so she just randomly picked out a red car just so she could say that she took care of the issue! We are breaking our lease to get out of this dump! If you don't believe me check it out for yourself...this place is a nightmare!
