Apartment Review for Pine Bluffs - Colorado Springs, CO

I've lived in these apartment for several years and never paid my rent late. One day I came home from work with a letter on my door saying i have an illegal pet and saying a tenant complained I haven't been picking up my waste! It then proceeded to charge me $300 dog deposit, $20 pet rent, and $50 pet waste fee! the thing is I DONT OWN A DOG! I called the office to resolve this issue and was called a liar by Renee and she was extremely rude. I just want to remind her that im a customer and without Customers she is without a job. Iam currently speaking with a lawyer.
