Apartment Review for Pine Bluff Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

PINE BLUFFS The mail room has had a terrible mess in it for awhile now. Spilled pop has attracted flies and has not been cleaned up. The south end of the property needs light fixture covers over the bulbs on the light poles. The bases also need cosmetic maintenance. There is trash and dog poop spread throughoiut the community. The parking lots need to be cleaned / street swept.
