Apartment Review for Parkside Apt's - Colorado Springs, CO

I've rented in worse places. Security Gate here is a joke - anyone can get in without a pass code just by waiting for someone else to exit or enter and then follow them in. The back gate has been damaged (car smashed into it) and non-existant for months.

1 bedroom apt's are pretty small (about 650 s.f.).

Appliances pretty modern. Pools very clean and well kept. Grounds maint. pretty good. Parking is touch and go but you do get 1 assigned parking spot.

Apartments are very close to banks, Mall, etc.

One big complaint...management allows to many large breed dogs in the complex. I've never seen so many Pit Bull Terriers in one complex! Get ready for alot of barking and check your shoes for dog crap!
