The new management is worse than the old management...they raised the rent because they are re-modeling the apartments, but the management is so terrible and maintence will never show up no matter how important the work order is. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...espeically if you want to live someplace where they care if your quality of living is up to standards  Need to rent an apartment?
