Apartments continuously fluctuate how much you owe them for maintenance! HAS BED BUGS! Woke up with a man in my bedroom from maintenance one morning who didn't knock or leave notification he was even coming! Plumbing needs to be fixed. apartments said they were just old pipes. refused to fix!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
