Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

My experience at Fountain Springs is so far a great one. I have never had problems with the staff, my apartment, parking, noise, or people living at Fountain Springs. The staff's professionalism is towards the highest standard and they are very informative when I have questions. Maintenance usually responds the day of or within 48 hours whenever I needed something checked out. Nights are quiet and my neighbors pets go unnoticed. The security gate keeps our neighborhood safe and unwanted people out. I enjoy living here and as I read these negative reviews and they do not make any sense to me. No one is racist or discrimatory in the office. I am only stating real facts and what I have witnessed as a resident. This is a great place to live.
