Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

The office property manager and the other associates at the office are very polite and helpful at the beginning but after we signed our lease 3 weeks later we subsequently would receive notices on our door regarding threats of being fined $50-$100 for trash on our balcony but we have nothing on our balcony and we asked the office about these accusations and they would say don't worry its a random notice that all tenants but the notices would never stop, we received notices on our truck every 2 weeks threatening to tow our car away, we never received a covered parking spot , every tenant is supposed to receive one covered parking spot near their apt. But we never got one, the property manager is very vague,she is rude and acts as though she is a rich girl with an attitude, no complaints are ever taken care of, the maintenance people that pick up trash always set their tools and trash wheel barrels next to the tenants cars and you find scratches and dents consistently on your vehicles,the office is very weird, asking what kind of car you drive,probably due to being jealous of the tenants,I never trusted that lisa loflin lady or the other secretary office ladies because they have bad tempers and get frustrated easy and have no patience towards tenants, these puerto rican guys that drive a Lincoln Navigator with New York License plate EEA-8411 drive Super Fast inside the apartment streets and are smoking marijuana every day and cars constantly go to their apartment probably buying drugs,the army guy that has a shaved head that is friends with the puerto rican guy that owns the navigator is a crazy guy that screams spanish words at people,threatening to fight everyone and he and the other guy are smoking weed in public while wearing very baggy thug loser clothes and throwing beers on top of the covered parking ! I can no longer deal with this type of environment and I am currently trying to get out of my lease ! I made a big mistake renting a place at the fntn springs apartments No sleep, loud cars bumping speakers late at night , latinos causing fights and problems and no response from the management or facility ! Very poor results for a very high price cost of rent living !
