Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

I could not agree more than with what all the residents wrote in regards to these apartments, except for the staff who wrote the so called nice note. Please.. I was a employee there and I speak and stand up for all residents who have complained about this property. The property went down hill when they decided to hire Lisa Loflin as the Manager. I warned them not to hire her, cause the minute I met her I knew she was a shady b*tch. She does not do a thing but post eviction fees to people and never send them to the attorney and pockets any money she can, so dont pay cash for anything. Her husband also pretends to paint the apartments and charges for them. Oh and dont forget the ugly lazy mainten. guy Stan and his nasty apartment. I dont really need to explain anymore, it speaks for itself. All I know is that its a shame for beautiful apartments be ran by a bunch of crooks. I was reviewing the property I work for now and decided to look at Fountain Springs, just to see that things have not changed. But dont give up, for those dealing with racism, call a attorney and see about a fair housing issue.
