Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

I lived in the fountain springs apartments at 4325 fountain springs grove 80916 and i lived at those horrible apartments for 6 months and my dad helped me leave early due to the terrible conditions and they threatened to keep my property if i break my lease , the maintenance guys are crazy drug addicts and they would always harass me and try to intimidate me , the maintenance guy Anthony called me a Faggot Nigger that listens to jungle monkey rap music because i was playing rap music in my car when i checked the fluid levels in my engine, Lisa Lofflin the apt manager is a witch , she tried to evict me 2 times because i parked in the wrong parking spot , my covered spot was very far from my apartment and it was very tough to carry groceries back and forth , my girlfriend is a phillipina girl and the white biker maintenance tattoo guy called my girlfriend a Dumb Guke and made up lies that she was trying to look at him from the balcony, some of my property was missing and i caught the maintenance crazy guys in my apartment one time looking in our bedroom dresser draws and they told me they were looking for tools to fix the toilet ! Terrible parking situations, huge rocks thrown everywhere,drug dealers,gun shots at all times of the night,violence,car jackings,loud music,the apartments are falling apart and its a nightmare when i lived there cuz the office ladies Lisa loflin & Leah Gonzales try to get us and others to pay money for stuff that is a lie and they hate black people and asians ! I want to consider a lawsuit against lisa loflin and leah gonzales was a big flirt , she would ask me to go out with her when my fiance and me would pay the rent ! Ghetto apts ! Dont move there !
