Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

We have had the worst experience ever living here at the Ghetto Fountain Springs Apartments located at 4325 Fountain springs grove ! The management is evil,angry,lazy,vindictive,shady and very unpleasant ! The head manager apartment Manager is Lisa Loflin and she is a crazy person,me and my husband are Jewish and we were treated very badly during our lease, we had anti-semitic notes left on our door at least once a week , lisa loflin called my husband a big-nosed ugly jew rat because he wanted to file a report about loud music, the maintenance guys are nazi's with tattoos and they hate jews,mexicans and black people , they threatened to kill my husband because he parked in the wrong parking spot and then the next day my husbands car tires were slashed , the lady named leah gonzales is psychotic , she is an evil person , she would put notes on are door that had nothing to do with us and she would call my home phone harassing me and threatening to evict us if we dont give her money , she would make up lies regarding past money due and we would pay it and find out later that we were scammed! !! I was terrified that that nazi maintenance guy with the motorcycle and jeep was going to hurt me and my husband ! He was drinking beer when he came to try and fix a leak under our sink and told me to shut the hell up when i requested that he please fix our broken dish washer ! The cops are always at the fountain springs apartments arresting gangsters,drug dealers and mentally challenged people , there are rapists and crack addicts everywhere in these apartments ! The maintenance people were in our bedroom one day when we got home from our weekly sabbath and we reported it to lisa loflin and the office but they said that the maintenance were fixing a cracked floor board ! We filed many reports but no action was taken ! We have a few mexican friends from my work at a car dealership and they were called racsist names by the nazi maintenance guy ! I lived in fear at the fountain springs apartments at fountain springs grove and now me & my husband are hiring a lawyer to take them to court for damages ! Please do not ever consider moving to the fountain springs apartments if you are a. Minority, african american , asian or a jew like us because its very scary and frightening for everyone ! No safety, no parking,trash everywhere,violence,drugs and racsist office managers ! Please contact the better business bureau or the police department if you feel that your rights have been violated !
