Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

When we first moved into the apartments they were very well kept and the tennants were for the most part good. As of the past 6-7 months that has completly changed. First off there are never any parking spaces and the car port that is assigned to you is located in another country so there is no point to use it (especially if you have kids). Then the tennants that stay there (not all but a vast majority) do not care about others that live there. That means being noisy late at night, partying irresponsible (having there company leaving there liqour bottles and trash everywhere) or the tennants themselves yelling and using foul language in the presence of children playing outside (not that that matters because the children are not being watched...which there is a policy for them to be watched while out there). Whenever you get home there are rocks all in the road or in the parking spaces. As of lately there is a lot of drug trafficing going on. For the normal person you would not notice it, but from where I'm from I see the transaction throught out the day when I'm home. The sad thing is you never see the management walking around when needed. The thing that makes me mad is that whenever you have a question about what is going on or a certain policy you have to wait a few days to find out the answer or they say I'll call you back, but you have to call them again to get a response. It surely hasn't been the same since the lady who helped us sign our lease has left. The only good thing going is maintanence. Sorry, but the truth hurts
