Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

In the time I have lived here, it has done a huge transformation. The staff is only interested in getting you in an apartment after that they got you with their long long legally locked lease. Children run around this place unsupervised all hours of the night and day. We have had to take several young children (under age of 3) back to their parents after they have been playing and ended up coming inside our apartment. The walls are thin as paper and my neighbors love to vacuum between 7am-8am or 9-10p at night. It is nothing to see people being arrested or being questioned by cops--another day at Fountain Springs. I do not feel safe here at all. If you need an apartment try anywhere else it's not worth the money at all.
