Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

The construction between floors is very poor as you can hear everything upstairs neighbors do - walking, yelling, babies crying, children running, at ALL HOURS etc.

Management seems minimally concerned about resident safety and the computer room is down ususally for months at a time.

They do not enforce noise safety and let police handle all complaints - high turnover of office staff + no one documents complaints in file. A big problem when management doesn't live on site to witness incidents making it difficult to believe they even care about their own rules/residents.

DON'T LIVE NEAR THE POOL since kids are always screaming bloddy murder throughout the summer and office doesn't bother quieting them most of the time and after 6pm it's a police matter.

Definitely look for a townhome, condo or house - this is 2nd very poor apartment since 2000.
