Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

The apartments look great on the outside... new and pretty. But for the safety of you and your family, just dont move here... it is brand new and already looking like the ghetto... people throw their trash everywhere... our upstairs neighbors party all night and day, they have thrown weed on our patio. We have complained several times to the managment and they do nothing. We have called the police several times about the loud noise and the drugs and the office does nothing. I am sick of this place and would not recomend it to my worst enemy. The office is either really lazy... or they dont care. So, if you would like to have multiple pets and not pay for them, do drugs, trash the complex and party all the time, come on in... at least my lease is over in a few months. There is also never any parking... they have the covered parking situation all screwed up so you have to walk a long way to your apartment almost all the time. Please read this closely if you want a safe area to live do not move here, the rent is too high to be having to deal with all this.
