Apartment Review for Constitution Square - Colorado Springs, CO

This place is total joke! After we moved in we heard all kinda of horror stories from other residence, some people even paid to break there lease just so they could get out! While the apartments look nice, don't let that fool you. Our first experience was before we singed the lease, we filled out all the necessary paperwork and was told our rent would be $750.00 a month including utilities (by the assistant manager). The day we showed up with all of our stuff to sign the lease and move in we were told there was an error in calculating our rent and that it would now be $900.00 a month and we have to pay all utilities! Where were we suppose to go all our stuff was there! That was the first of many peoblems we had with management. We were then told that after 3 months we could come back in and have our rent reassest to see if they could lower it. 3 months rolled around and again, we were told by the assistant manager that we would have to wait 6 months, she is the one who told us 3 months to begin with. Monkey's could run this place better than all the people they have in there now! Its just been one thing after another like scheduling maintenance to come and fix things and repeatedly have to call the office and they assure you that they will fix it that day, but when you get home, nothing is ever done. Not to mention the crime, mostly cars getting broken. I can't wait for our lease to be up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This property is managed by Omni.
