Apartment Review for Cheyenne Crest Apts - Colorado Springs, CO

Problems non-stop. So many to list: POOR MANAGEMENT, parken lot needs to be fixed, people speed in parken lot, trash all over, dog shit not picked up, loud neighbors, fixtures out dated, carpet is the cheapest they can get, not sound proof, they don't shovel the snow, too much crime, the list can keep on going. For this place rent should only be $500.00 for a 2 by 2 not any higher for this dump and all the problems that are here. Management doesn't even do there JOB and it's the renters that are paying their salery.
