Apartment Review for Carefree Village Townhomes - Colorado Springs, CO

My husband got based at ft.carson we found this townhouse and fell in love with it we even signed the lease and everything other fax without stepping foot in it since were both from ny i was a little worried when i went there but the office staff was very friendly answered any and all questions i had and even let me split my pet deposit up between 2 months so i had time to pay for it.the units rooms are on the smaller side but the overall space is very big you dont feel like your in a coffin like an apartment can make you feel.the maintence man is the nicest guy ull ever meet and is always willing to help you with whatever u need he even helped bring in some heavy stuff i had in the car.sometimes the neighbors can be kind of noisy but when your inside i have never heard a peep or a footstep.This place is also really good if your in the military due to thier closeness to the base and the fact they give 20 percent off the rent.What i also love this place is it takes less than 2 minutes to get to the main shopping areas and roads but there located in a more residental area i love this place and plan on renewing my lease when its up.
