Apartment Review for Candlewood Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

I have lived here a few years now and up until this past year I have had no complaints. The current office staff, however, is completely useless. They are willing to tolerate anyone and everything and they obviously feel that their only responsibility is to sit in the office and watch TV all day rather than deal with on-site problems. From enforcing the amount of vehicles per apartment to maintainance, from noise complaints to vandalism, these people ignore it all. If you are looking for responsibility or capability in your office staff, you will NOT find it here at Candlewood Apartments. If you appreciate a good night's sleep, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
