Apartment Review for Broadmoor Villa Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

"NO ACCOUNTABILITY" My wife and I moved, in order to get a home and we chose Broadmoor Villas which had a 3 month lease. This was the worst experience we have ever had with renting and we were excellent renters in the past, no late pays, always on time and very clean upon departure and best of all we always received our money back in due time. This apartment complex management is simply put "unfit" for command, she has repeatedly not returned our phone calls in regards to the "last bill" which by the way the apartment owes us money! While living there we spoke to other people living there and they too expressed displeasure in the management and how they would not take care of their needs. In fact the blame was placed elsewhere and the issues were not resolved according to them. It does'nt surprise me now! The list goes on, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want high prices and lots of headaches dealing with low class amateurs for management. You dont even get treated like this at mc donalds.
