Overall, a C. PROS::cute design, fireplace, on Cheyenne Mountain, close to downtown, close to Garden of the Gods and the Incline, cheap CONS::can hear everything through the paper-thin walls/floor/ceiling, incredibly steep entranceway (baaad for low cars), not-so-great area of town, outdated appliances  Need to rent an apartment?
