Apartment Review for Broadmoor Ridge Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

They trick you. The landscaping is nice up front but in the back it's crap. The maintenance staff is nice but work orders take weeks to complete. The windows must be as old as the buildings because I can actually see my drapes and blinds blowing when it's windy outside. This makes the utility bill outrageous. They NEVER clear the sidewalks or stairs or any common areas of ice or snow and everyone that comes here falls down the stairs because of it. So they are breaking their contract because they're supposed to do that. The gym sucks. My parking is on however the lights don't work so my husband's truck got broken into. I constantly see the police driving through here without their lights on. The gates only work half the time and they're some gaps in the fence so nothings even pretending to be secure. You're not allowed to store anything, not even yours or your kids' bikes on your balcony or patio. I slipped with my then nine month old child in my arms when they didn't do a damn thing about the ice. DO NOT RENT HERE!! You can get a better place, even a house for what you pay here.
