Apartment Review for Broadmoor Ridge Apartments - Colorado Springs, CO

do not rent from these people, the apartments are small, you can hear your neighbors, there is a gate, with a pass code to get in, but there is still drugs and violence.. cops here looking for wanted people.. they wont make payment arrangments, if you need to.. for rent.. the gate dont get shut half the time, so anyone can come in and out of the apts maint sucks, and they dont know what they are doing. they charge pet rent, pet deposit, and you have to share utilities.. so, they decide what you pay monthly for your bills. you also have to pay trash monthly, as an extra way to charge more then the rent amount
