Apartment Review for Bonterra Lakeside - Colorado Springs, CO

First off we were shown the model and that was the reason why we chose to rent here. But of course the model is going to be the done up the best to make the person viewing lease an apartment here. Let me start off by saying the very first day we moved in the air conditioner started leaking and now we have to get a whole new A/C unit installed. We were told 2 weeks at the latest and now we're getting told it could take up to a month for a new unit. It literally takes a good three minutes for the water in the kitchen to get hot so we don't know if it's something wrong with the plumbing or what. We've spoken to the office staff about our storage door not closing all the way and maintenance still hasn't fixed that problem. To make a long review short we still have other issues with this apartment and they still haven't been looked into. We're just glad we're deploying soon and we can't wait to get out of here.
