Apartment Review for Aspen Townhomes - Colorado Springs, CO

These townhomes are very spacious nice big closets and a basement but not in the greatest shape. For what we pay to live here they should have painted before we moved in and NEW windows would be GREAT! Very drafty even when we did our best to conserve and put plastic over the windows, not everyone will do that and they somehow divide the gas and water among the units. Come one now! There is one water heater for four units and we have it in our unit and NEVER EVER have hot water. Why am I paying for others to shower and due laundry, it's absurd. The office is open 9-5 Mon-Fri so good luck if you work late and do your apartment searching on the weekend (like most people do) If your looking for a place keep looking you can find a cheaper and more efficient place to live.
