Apartment Review for Aspen Townhomes - Colorado Springs, CO

I have lived here for just about two years.. I must say there are some major pros and some cons.. I live in a 3 bedroom townhome with a very large basement.. I have alotta stuff so the hugh basement is amazing.There is also a middle school right across the street. So that makes school for my kids perfect. Also an elementry school on the other side of complex. All my kids are within walking distance to there school. The complex its self is kept very well.A new Maintenance man was hired not that long ago and he seems to have everything under control. As for being timly in all my work orders and efficiant in doing so.. His work is well and done to my satifaction. he also keeps the grass and parking areas clean and frr of trash.. The manager is also very friendly and when I have a complaint ot issue its usually addressed pretty quick.. In the winter the utilities are a bit high. But for the size of the homes its not that bad. I had owned a home about the same size and my bills were about the same. I know we are billed by unit size and how many people are in the place. But like I said not that bad. All my neighbors are very friendly and I have yet to ever have any major issues when it comes to them.. There is a very nice sized pool in the summer that is kept very clean by maintenace. With several ply grounds for our kids. The only bad part is there are no swings oin the one swing set. That should be addressed.. My kids would lve that.. So all in all I must say that this is a pretty good place to live.. Close schools, stores and parks.. I give it a thumbs up.. And im not planning on moving any time soon...
