awful place too live.They watch you constantly.repair people report everything back to the manager who is rude,snobbish and noisy.yes the maintenance is good because you pay for whatever goes wrong.Don't expect to get your deposit back unless you have merry maid to clean up after you move out.  Need to rent an apartment?
