Management is aloof and not very attentive.Every month when I pay rent I have to ask them for a reciept and almost everytime they sigh like I'm putting them out.Just love calling and it rings and rings and rings and no one answers...not even a voice mail picks up.

While the facilities dept. has gotten better it has a long ways to go.Expect to fix most of the items yourself unless it is a bigger job.

Parking is a joke.If you have a regular schedule where you can get home around 5 or 6 you'll find a spot that is decent.Otherwise expect to walk about 50 yds just to get to your home everytime unless you are lucky.Given the constraints of the property I guess they can't do anything but this is something you should be aware of.

Buy a space heater.Alot of your hot air will go out the cracks since the buildings are so old.They are remodeling right now but it won't help with this issue, just new siding is all they are doing.

For the price they charge <$600> for close to 1k ft it isn't that bad so price is not an issue.Just bundle up in the winter and be very patient with management.
