Square Colorado Springs,  Co 80915 719-573-1600 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  2.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  2.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  2.0		Review Title:  Expensive And Run Down Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  8/30/04      Rate This Apartment     It is hard to believe that after talking to other tenants that his apartment complex is three years old.It appears to be much older than that, but you can tell that is was built with the very lowest grade of material.The location of the complex is nice, but otherwise it is very pricey for what you get for your money.I also have learned from other tenants who have lived here longer than myself, that there was a homicide last September and in the building across from mine a lady was robbed in daylight.The police also seem to be here a lot for various reasons.The office staff doesnt seem to havea clue of how to run an apartment complex.I will not sign another six month lease.
